The Apple iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max are the first iPhones with a high-refresh-rate OLED display, and Apple calls its new display the ProMotion Super Retina XDR. The iPhone 13 Pro sports a 6.1-inch OLED display, while the iPhone 13 Pro Max sports a 6.7-inch ProMotion OLED display.

The screens of both smartphones have Full HD+ resolution, 120Hz variable refresh rate (10Hz to 120Hz), Dolby Vision HDR, and Ceramic Shield protective glass. Apple says that the screens of the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max differ in their refresh rates based on the content being displayed to extend battery life.

Apple still hasn’t managed to get rid of the ugly notch on the display, but it is now 20% smaller than the iPhone 12 series.

The iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max have exactly the same camera setup at the front and back. Both the smartphones feature a 12MP front-facing camera with a Face ID for secure face unlock. At the back, both the smartphones feature a new and improved triple-camera setup with a LiDAR sensor.

There is a large 12MP primary camera sensor with F1.5 aperture, dual-pixel PDAF, and sensor-shift OIS. Then there’s a 12MP ultrawide camera with autofocus and F1.8 aperture. The 12MP telephoto camera has 3x optical zoom, OIS, and autofocus. The 3D ToF LiDAR sensor is used for depth measurement and AR apps.

All cameras on the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max can record video in Dolby Vision HDR and 4K 30fps ProRes video at up to 4K 60fps. Please note that 4K 30fps ProRes video recording is only supported on the 256GB or higher storage variant.

The 128GB variant is limited to 1080p 30fps ProRes video recording. Additionally, these new smartphones can also record Cinematic Mode videos that automatically frame subjects (people, pets, and objects) and provide a depth-of-field effect. We do. Slow-motion video recording is also supported, but its resolution is limited to Full HD 1080p at 240fps. Supports time-lapse video stabilization and night mode.

Apple’s brand new A15 Bionic processor has been used in the iPhone 13 series. It is a 5nm chipset with two new high-performance CPU cores, six new high-efficiency CPU cores, and a 5-core GPU. Apple claims that its new processor has a 50% faster CPU and 50% faster GPU.

Apple has finally dropped the 64GB storage variant for its new iPhones. The iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max come in four storage variants: 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. However, Apple hasn’t revealed how much RAM its new phones use. However, reports state that the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max have 8GB of RAM.
