The Taj Mahal was created by Shah Jahan.’ Crown of the Palace is an ivory-white marble tomb on the right bank of the swash Yamuna in the Indian megacity of Agra. It was commissioned in 1632 by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan (1628 to 1658) to house the grave of his favorite woman, Mumtaz Mahal, it also houses the grave of Shah Jahan himself.
